Frequently asked questions
Why do I pay via WhatsApp and not online?
Because we want to talk to you first. An advisor reviews your profile, answers your questions in your language and explains the process — only then do you pay. This avoids unnecessary spending if your profile isn't ready yet.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay €99 once and keep your dashboard access permanently. Other platforms charge €39 per month — that's €468 after one year.
Do I need to speak German?
It depends on the role. Healthcare and engineering usually require B1/B2. For logistics or warehouse work, A2 or even no German is often enough. Our German courses (Premium) bring you to the required level.
Where exactly are your offices?
In Morocco: Nador (city centre) and Al Hoceima (Avenue Mohammed V). In Germany: Dortmund city centre — the heart of NRW.
How long does the visa process take?
Typically 3 to 9 months, depending on visa type, sector and how quickly your file is complete. The Skilled Immigration Act has significantly simplified the process for Moroccans.
What if I've never been to Europe?
That's the case for most of our candidates. We support you end to end: consulate appointment, entry documents and settling in (housing, bank, insurance, transport).
